At Nepal Cashmere our main concern is to provide you with the best quality pashmina products. Though it is our primary objective to provide information and make transactions easy for you, there may still be certain areas of your interest that we have not met with in this website. 1. How much time does it take for my order to reach me?
2. What other charges will be levied apart from the quoted one (customs, insurance)?
3. Are your prices FOB Nepal? What then is the price for CIF for the goods?

Answers:

1. The time taken for the order to reach the clients destination depends upon the size of the order. If you wish to place orders above 50 pieces of items (pashmina shawls or sweaters) the order should be placed giving a time period of 15days advance for shawls and one month 30days advance for sweaters. After the goods have been manufactured the export of orders to the client is done solely through DHL express. This is the fastest and most reliable means of International Trade in Nepal. The order reaches the client with 4 days form the date of dispatch from the Nepal 's cargo office.
   
   
2. Gyanuak enterprise handles the shipping charges and procedures and the custom charges for the goods in Nepal. This means they pay for the shipment of the goods. The client does not have to pay for the shipping charges. They also handle the custom duties charged in Nepal. After the goods have been shipped from the Nepali border to the client's destination the goods then become the responsibility of the clients.
   
   
3. We do not send goods on FOB Nepal basis. The price for CIF goods is slightly higher. Example if a Sweater costs $50 and the client wants the good to be send through CIF. The sweater will cost Approximately $60.
